Conrad maintains his home in Western New York and is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan. A 1972 graduate of the University of Rochester and a 1975 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, Conrad also undertook addtional studies after law school at the Maxwell Graduate School Of Public Affairs and Citizenship.His most recent highly publicized case, People. v. Timothy Adams, 15 AD3d 986, involved reversing a murder conviction of a thirteen year old boy who was suffering post traumatic stress syndrome.

Conrad sees himself as both a generalist, a trial lawyer, and (for the past
two decades) as a consumer lawyer, class action attorney due to his involvement in
over thirty five consumer class actions in State and Federal jurisdictions
around the country. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the United
States Supreme Court.
